Well before I get to far into this article let me state my personal opinion that paying for automatic search engine submission is a complete waste of money. There are lots of services and tools on the internet which can help you bring more visitors to your website but this is not one of them.

Well to be honest no website on the planet will get any amount of decent traffic without the cooperation of the search engines. That's how the internet mainly works users search for things and then the search engines list the best places to look for that information.

Well yes you do need to be their index at least the big names. Believe me there are thousands of search engines and directories that you can pay to get listed in that are a complete waste of time.

All the search engines have these Free Search Engine Submission form and as there are only a handful that will bring you any real traffic you can do them all in ten minutes.

So that's it then fill a form and I'm in?

Unfortunately not if you just fill in any of these forms you will merely invite Google and all to come and visit your site. There's no guarantee that they will include it in their search index.
